30 Days

Full refund available for unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange only - No cash refunds on opened goods unless defective.

Requirements for exchanges:

  • Tell us what went wrong: Help us improve by explaining the issue
  • Return with original case: The protective case helps ensure safe shipping
  • You pay return shipping: We pay shipping for the replacement to you
  • No time limit: Whether it's next week or next year, we'll take care of you

⚠️ Defective Products Exception

If your CYA tester is defective upon arrival or fails within a reasonable time frame, you have additional options:

Full Refund Available

  • Dead on arrival units
  • Units that fail basic functionality tests
  • Manufacturing defects affecting core operation
  • Damage during shipping (when reported within 48 hours)

We Cover All Costs

  • Return shipping prepaid label provided
  • Full refund including original shipping
  • No restocking fees
  • Expedited resolution process

Shipping Responsibility

Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the old unit:

  • Returns for exchanges
  • Returns for refunds (unopened items)

Additional Terms

  • Forever Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or normal wear items like cases or cables.

  • Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging when applicable.
  • Processing Time: Returns and exchanges typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
